Koos for Kids partnered with Brewer's Community Foundation to build an adaptive playground at MCFI!
MCFI is located in downtown Milwaukee and offers the only community based skilled day nursing service in Milwaukee for children ages birth to 21 with special health care needs. Children who may normally spend their day at home with an in-home nurse have the opportunity to play, learn and enjoy the company of other kids. MCFI did not have a suitable playground for these children, so we built them one! The playground is amazing and children will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.

In November, we distributed 1200 winter coats to children in Milwaukee and Racine! We worked with the Brewers Community Foundation to locate two schools in Milwaukee. In Racine, we handed out coats to students at Julian Thomas.
